The ISO 9001:2015  Internal Auditor course provides a systematic look into the ISO 9001:2015 standard requirements and assessment of implemented Quality Management System’s conformance to ISO 9001:2015 Standard. This course details on what is an Internal Audit and how to Plan, conduct and report the Internal Audit for an Organization. After completion of this course, the participant will have knowledge and understanding of internal auditing, will receive a certificate of completion and will qualify to be an ‘Internal Auditor of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
This ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor training course is designed by the auditors who have extensive experience in Internal Auditor Training, implementing management systems, being audited and auditing of implemented management systems as 3rd Party auditors representing Certifying body or Registrar. This course includes practical examples and exercises for better and thorough understanding of the concepts, quality standards, their requirements and implementation for easier and effective implementation.

• 7 Quality Management Principles, the High-Level Structure (HLS) and common terminology
• Understanding requirements of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
• Understanding of ISO 19011:2018, “Guidelines for Auditing Management System”.
• ISO 9001:2015 Internal Audit Program: Planning, Performing, Reporting and Nonconformity management.
• Internal Audit Planning based upon criticality and importance of the Process.
• Performing Internal audit utilizing Risk based thinking method.
• Performing Internal audit utilizing Process Approach method.
• Nonconformity management.
• Internal Audit to verify effectiveness of the corrective actions taken for nonconformity.
• Understanding of documented information needed to be maintained and retained.
