SUPPLIER OR VENDOR AUDIT

Supplier or Vendor Audits may be required to review and verify that the vendors and suppliers are meeting the quality specifications and Purchase Order requirements and have the capability to address the issues if arise requiring, CAPA or improvement.
This Audit can be conducted on-site to ensure compliance with the contract/ certain criteria with the intent of risk mitigation. This may include, a specific ISO standard (Quality, Environmental, Safety), organization’s own requirements for Suppliers/Vendors, Product specification or Procurement requirements.
